Booth: 802
3442 Spencer St.
Charlotte, NC 28205
David French has completed over 300 paintings of Charlotte and the surrounding areas including Davidson, Mathews, and Charleston. His style is the perfect marriage between architectural accuracy and whimsical creativity. David has beautifully captured many of Charlotte's hotpots and beloved staples alike; truly our booth is a tour in what Charlotte loves most about itself. The Carolina Panther, The Charlotte Knights, and the Fillmore are some hip and happening places that have made it into some of David's pieces. Vistas of Uptown Charlotte are popular as well as local restaurants like Alexander Micheal's and Cabo Fish Taco. David's range is so sweeping that both Churches (St. Mary's, St. Peter's) and Breweries (Sugar Creek Brewing Company, Wooden Robot, Unknown) can exist in one booth. Many local parks are highlighted, those such as Freedom Park and Romare Bearden just to name a few. While most of David's work is Charlotte-centric his range includes Star Wars, carnivals, and camping. Right now he is working on original cutouts of North Carolina. David French Original's mounted-prints will make the perfect holiday gift for those on your list. He also offers original artwork for those who have been extra nice and with prices so good you will have to pick up something for yourself. Plus, our booth is the perfect place to get ideas about where to eat or what landmark to visit next.
